July 2022

Exdion launched “Parivartanam” – a CSR initiative to empower girl students in collaboration with DKM College for Women, Vellore. Aptly titled ‘Parivartanam’, the CSR initiative of Exdion aimed at empowering girl students by providing job‑oriented Finishing School Training to them. Around 35 B.Sc. / M.Sc. Microbiology & Biochemistry girl students were shortlisted based on a detailed assessment. The Finishing School Training comprised ‘Campus to Corporate’ transition training program & US Healthcare related basic CPC training for around 5 weeks. Two dedicated and highly qualified trainers were appointed for the sessions.

February - March 2023

As part of Parivartana, Exdion undertook Employability Skills Training (Tally certification, Communication skills, Campus to Corporate transition, Interview skills, and MS Office) of around 24 final year degree students at First Grade Government College, Peenya, Bangalore, for 3½ weeks during Feb‑March 2023. Three qualified trainers (subject matter experts) were appointed for providing training. Exdion has also facilitated & sponsored power supply to the computer lab, and has supplied 50 tables for classrooms/seminar hall.

March 2023

As part of Parivartanam, Exdion also undertook Employability Skills Training (soft skills) of ITI trainees of ITI Guindy & ITI Tiruvanmiyur at Government Industrial Training Institute, Guindy, Chennai. Three dedicated and qualified trainers were appointed for conducting the training program which was offered to over 680 trainees from 3rd‑17th March 2023.

June 2023

Parivartanam, Exdion’s CSR initiative to empower girls students in collaboration with DKM College for Women, Vellore, was launched in June ‘23. The job-oriented Finishing School Training comprising ‘Campus to Corporate’ transition training program & US Healthcare related basic CPC training was offered for around 5 weeks. A batch of 35 students were trained by two dedicated and highly qualified trainers. The Valedictory ceremony was held on 18th July’23.
