Meet our Board of Advisors
Dr. T.R. Madan Mohan is the Managing Partner of Browne & Mohan, a business transformation consulting firm. Dr Mohan serves as an independent board member with Maveric Systems, Progressive Infotech Pvt Ltd, SociallyGood and Savic Technologies. He held Associate Professor position at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and visiting positions at Sprott School of Business, Carleton University and QUT, Brisbane. He sits on advisory roles with Superseva and Srishti Software. Dr. Mohan is a member with IEEE Engineering Management, Member of NASSCOM Product forum, and founder treasurer, Society of Operations Management.
Frank has over 45 years of experience in the insurance industry, beginning his career in marketing and management positions at Aetna Insurance Company. He became an insurance broker in 1983 and managed several agency contracts for Home, Crum & Forster, and Great American. He later became Director of Quality Management with Sedgwick, implementing a program that led to a 30% reduction in reserves & outstanding reserves and a 37% reduction in reported claims over a 3-year period. Frank joined Willis Corroon in 1990, rising to Executive Vice President and COO. He then served as Area President at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. of Tennessee, Inc., and was responsible for growing the office organically and through acquisition of agencies & new producers in Tennessee & Kentucky. He was the 2005 President of The Insurors of Nashville and a member of the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers. Frank is a Penn State University graduate and has a strong background in Professional and Products Liability.
Tony owns an insurance agency and consults on industry issues and business matters. He holds both his Property & Casualty and Life license in three states, as well as Series 63 and Series 6 FINRA designations. Starting his career as a financial analyst, Tony progressed into corporate planning, underwriting, product development, operations and claims. His experience includes acquisitions, mergers, sales as well as helping to lead public offerings. Tony has held senior management positions with major national and international insurers, managing general agencies and service providers. He has been a member of Rutgers Center of Innovation Education where he served as a board member of Rutgers Big Data Advisory Board. He has worked on the use of artificial intelligence and both structured and unstructured data in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of commercial insurance underwriting. Tony graduated Rutgers with a degree in Finance and holds an MS degree in Economics.
