Exdion has a comprehensive and mature transition framework that has been refined and documented over more than a decade of managing complex transitions. Exdion’s framework consists of:

In preparation, Exdion’s process consultants perform a process analysis to assess the current processes, compliance and systems. Exdion team shares the results of rigorous set-by-step assessment through a consulting workshopwhere opportunities for improvements, identification of deliverables across functionalities, and workflow tools and application requirements are discussed and agreed upon.

To make sure that every transitioned process is successful, each process is leaned, standardized and documented using Lean and Six Sigma efficiency and service quality improvement methodologies. Construction of operating procedures, training documents and training of executives at both Exdion and the client is done. Once the knowledge transfer is done, appropriate process quality systems are implemented to ensure high process conformance. 

Exdion team conducts periodic management reviews with the project team to flag variations, and work on corrective actions wherever required. The reviews provide visibility on progress made and milestones.
